Founder & Chief Executive Officer
James is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ardeevin Capital, with more than two decades of experience across real estate banking, private credit, principal investing and investment management.
He leads the firm’s investment strategy, capital formation and transaction execution, with a particular focus on complex private-market opportunities requiring bespoke capital solutions. His experience spans senior and subordinated debt, preferred equity, structured investments and direct real-asset transactions across European and international markets.

Georgy Zaystev
Investment Director
Georgy is an Investment Director at Ardeevin Capital, focused on the origination, underwriting and execution of private-market investments.
He brings more than eight years of investment experience and works across the full transaction lifecycle, from initial opportunity assessment and financial analysis through structuring, due diligence and execution. At Ardeevin, Georgy focuses particularly on real assets, private credit and structured investment opportunities across Europe and international markets.

Steve Willingham
Chairman & Independent Non-Executive Director
Steve is Chairman and Independent Non-Executive Director of Ardeevin Capital and brings more than 35 years of experience across real estate finance, investment management and institutional governance.
Prior to joining Ardeevin, Steve held senior positions including Head of Global Investment Partnerships — Debt at DRC Savills Investment Management, Global Head of Real Estate Finance at HSBC in London and Hong Kong, and Managing Director at Merrill Lynch, where he focused on real estate finance and securitisation. He was also CFO and European Fund Manager at MGPA, subsequently acquired by BlackRock, serving on its Investment, Audit and Remuneration Committees.
Steve is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, holds an MBA from Henley Business School and previously served as Chairman of CREFC Europe.
